Items purchased online though the Amour Sud website may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original packaging and the return request must be authorized prior to shipping the item(s) back.
- All our rugs, cushion covers and curtains are unique as they are handmade by local artisans using recycled material. Therefore, we photograph every single rug, cushion cover and curtain so that the articles you see in our online shop are the very ones you are buying and going to receive.
- All the sizes are in centimetre and may vary slightly since all our products are handmade.
- PLEASE NOTE: we make every effort to take accurate photos of each individual rug, cushion cover, throw and curtain. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for any colour misrepresentations as the colours may also vary according to your own browser settings.

To make the return process most efficient, please include the original packing slip with your return.
Amour Sud is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit and electing insurance is a safeguard against shipping pitfalls.
Items that arrive to Amour Sud damaged in any way will not be refunded.
Once the return package is received, we will credit the original form of payment within 5 business days.
While we will process within a week, your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours. Please email email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours the order has been processed and may already be in route to you and can no longer be cancelled. Sale items are an exception and cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
Damages // Defects
Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Keep all damaged packaging materials including the box in which the shipment arrived along with all inside contents. If packaging materials are not kept we cannot process a damage claim with the carrier.
Claims must be reported immediately by filling out this form. Please provide images of the damaged products including outer packaging. Claims received after 3 business days of delivery will not be processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves the care of our store we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the shipping provider to file a claim.
Return to Sender
Please be sure to double check that your address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for packages that are returned due to incomplete or incorrect address.
All products are covered by the warranty policies of the their respective manufacturers. If you have questions about the warranty for a specific product, or if you have questions on how to make a warranty claim, please contact us.
Please note that Amour Sud strives to recycle as much as possible when shipping. This means that, when possible, orders arrive in a box that has been appropriated from a previous shipment and that packing materials such as bubble wrap, tissue, and popcorn have also been reused. We appreciate any effort that you too can make to reuse our shipping materials and/or recycle them.
