Clients wishing to obtain an account with us must complete this account opening form. You will receive an email within 24 hours giving you access to our B2B prices.
MINIMUM AMOUNT
Our minimum wholesale order amount is 350 euros, shipping costs excluded.
DELAY
At this time orders are processed between 3-5 business days with additional time in transit. We are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING COSTS
WE SHIP ALL OVER EUROPE & USA
Delivery costs are calculated based on your order and the delivery area. You will be able to simulate the delivery costs of your order in your basket.
If your country is not listed in our shipping rules, please contact us and we will do the best to add it.
For France (Metropolitan) , Portugal & Spain, delivery is FREE from 8500 euros of purchase.
If your store is in the USA, the best for you is maybe to order via the B2B platform FAIRE (due to shipping costs).
Pick up fees
- 70 € HT for any order of an amount less than 1000 € HT.
- 0 € HT for any order of an amount greater than 1000 € HT.
SMALL ORDER
Want to test our products before placing a big order?
No problem. Find us on the Ankor Store & Faire B2B platforms. You will be able to order with a minimum order of 100 euros. There are fewer choices and the prices are higher, but it is still a very good alternative to test our products.
PICTURES
If you need the pictures of your rugs or cushions, contact us and we will send you the link to download everything you need.
Return of goods
No merchandise may be returned without prior written consent. Any merchandise returned without agreement will remain at the disposal of the customer and may not give rise to any credit on our part. In all cases, the goods must be returned after agreement within 5 days of the delivery date. In addition, we will only accept returned goods in new condition.
Order
Any order automatically implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale and regardless of the terms of the order, waiver by the customer of his own conditions of purchase.
Customer service
In the event of a defect recognized by us, the items will be exchanged or refunded according to our choice.
